Write to europa@mail.grokbot.com. We aim to reply within a few working days. We do not offer phone support, and there is no contact form on this site, so your message goes only to us.
Reporting a bug
Bug reports are most useful when they include:
- The route number and leg where it happened, if relevant.
- Your device and browser (for example "Android phone, Chrome" or "Windows laptop, Firefox").
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if you can take one.
Before writing, it can help to reload the page once. If a problem appeared after you cleared site data or switched browsers, remember that progress is stored per browser and cannot be recovered from our side.
Scoreboard questions
If you want your display name and scores removed from the shared scoreboard, or if you see a name that should not be there, email us with the name exactly as it appears and, for removal of your own entry, the approximate date you joined. We cannot see your saved progress, only what the scoreboard stores, which is described in the privacy policy.
Privacy requests
For any question about personal data, including requests to access or delete scoreboard data, use the same email address and put "Privacy" in the subject line. Requests about advertising cookies set by third parties, such as Google, can also be handled directly through the links in the privacy policy.
Feedback, ideas and corrections
Ideas for new routes, difficulty feedback and suggestions for these guide pages are all welcome. If you find an error on one of the science pages, please tell us which page and what the correct value or explanation should be; we would rather fix it than leave it.
Press and partnerships
For press enquiries, game portal partnerships or permission to feature the game in a video or article, email us with a short description of what you have in mind. Sharing gameplay clips and screenshots for non-commercial purposes is fine without asking; a link back to cyclecatcher.com is appreciated.
What happens after you write
Your email is read by a member of the team, not an automated system. We use your address only to reply to you and do not add it to any mailing list. Messages about broken features or offensive scoreboard names are handled first. Suggestions for new content are collected and reviewed together when we plan updates, so you may not hear back immediately about an idea, but it will be read. If your message concerns a scoreboard entry, we may ask a simple question to confirm the entry is yours before removing it, so that nobody can delete another player's scores.
